@lak0tnik On K2VR, in 3 years, we picked up two programmers. both of them worked mostly on installer stuff, not the actual app. I never got to write any of the code on the app, either int he K2EX or Amethyst era. @lak0tnik only good thing I did to K2VR was get my ass out there and over the span of a few years, change the tides on the general opinion on Kinect fullbody from "this is turbotrash" to "hey, pretty neat for the price" and that requires maintenance. @lak0tnik Why do I keep attaching myself to these taboo fuckin projects and trying to make people understand why its actually cool? I was lying down flawlessly with Kinect in 2019 on the OG KinectToVR. And now in 2023, people can barely do it in Amethyst with much higher quality-Permalink On twitter.com
